Production Time
Each ARØLIA piece is made-to-order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Time (After Production)
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Canada: 2–5 business days

• United States: 2–5 business days

• International: 5–10 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment’s progress.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or replacement costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days after shipment, please contact us and we will assist you in investigating with the carrier.
